• The DualRep Database is a platform that allows subscribers to search an organized collection of data from law firms nationwide to investigate any potentially dually represented clients in several types of litigations.

• In the event you do not see your tort listed you will have the option to “add” a tort that will be sent to our team for review and approval.
• DualRep Database, LLC plans to track personal injury cases in the future.

• When you upload or enter data on the portal the data is encrypted and transferred over Secure Socket Layer TLS 1.2 or above. 
• Data is stored in a secured database behind the firewall and is only accessible to whitelisted IP addresses and to authorized personnel 
• Data is only accessible via DualRep Portal only to authorized users of your firm.
• All API calls between the application and database are secure and validated by unique authentication headers. 

• No – Unauthorized users cannot access your case inventory. DualRep only allows authorized subscribers to search for case information who are trying to lookup client information, and they are required to submit the client’s first name, last name, and date of birth without which they would have no access to a record present on a global lookup.

• Once a possible dually represented client is identified in the database, the user will receive a notification confirming that their client is dually represented along with the other potential firms that are representing said dual rep for the same matter.

• The only instance where the application would not locate a dual rep is when only one representative of the client has uploaded on the DualRep Portal, and the other has not uploaded on this portal by the second representative. DualRep locates a dual rep if both the representing firms have uploaded the client data then the application locates and presents the information on your client listing as a dual rep.
• Other possibility of a client not being located as a dual rep, is if either of the information is spelled incorrectly or has incorrect information in any of the following data points: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, City, State, Zip, and/or last four digits of SSN.
